The ingredients present in our dishes are the result of extensive research that was carried out in this area in order to use the local produce which perfectly interprets our Tuscan cuisine and enriches our culinary creations. For example our potatoes are strictly cultivated in our kitchen garden, and with these, we can offer potato tortelli “zero kilometer”.
